Great location, close to shopping and main attractions. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was in a separate wing which made it inconvenient to get in at night, and it was on a loud street which made it difficult to sleep. The room was also quite dark and our air conditioning did not work properly.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city center, on a bustling pedestrian street. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the port for a day trip to Capri or other nearby attractions. The hotel itself was a great value for

This accommodation has a great shower and comfortable beds. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from key attractions and sights. the staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Garage opening hours. We had to go and find our car ourselves, as we had to leave before 8am in the morning. Some of the hotel staff spoke really poor English.

We had a superb 4 days at the Hotel, which is well-positioned in a pedestrianised street near to the ferry port (700 metres), shopping (200m traffic-free Via Toledo), oldest theatre / opera house in Europe (100m Teatro San Marco) and castle. In three days

Great location in the centre of Napoli. The historic centre as well as the main shopping streets can be easily reached on foot. Very friendly staff. Good continental breakfast buffet.

A bit dark in the room. Hardly any natural light as the one window was facing a tall narrow courtyard? Also not one English channel available on TV. Air-con not working consistentently.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of the bustling city and close to the riverfront and port. This makes it convenient for exploring the city, as well as hopping on a ferry or hydrofoil to visit the beautiful island
